Vote Scores is not affiliated with, endorsed or certified by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Every figure on this site comes from filings on the SEC's EDGAR system. 33,898 Form N-PX and N-PX/A filings have been read; the latest was filed on 23 Sep 2026.

Access
EDGAR is read under the SEC's fair-access rules: a declared user agent with a contact address, a request rate well under the published limit, each filing fetched once. No key or account is involved.
Read but not kept
- The wording of director-election records, which names nominees. Only counts are kept.
- CUSIP and ISIN security identifiers. They are used in memory to group vote records by company during processing and are not written to any file, page, search index or download. CUSIP is a licensed identifier.
- The agent-for-service and signature blocks of the cover page, which name individuals, are never read.
- Free-text explanations that some filers attach to a vote.
Not used
No commercial proxy-research data, no vote recommendations from proxy advisers, no data from fund companies' own websites. Meeting results (Form 8-K, Item 5.07) are not yet part of the site, which is why no page says whether a proposal was carried.
Reuse
The underlying filings are public-domain US government works and can be obtained from EDGAR directly. Counts and comparisons on this site may be quoted with a link to the page.
