General information only
Vote Scores publishes figures from public SEC filings for general information. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, tax or voting advice. Nothing is an offer of a security or a fund. Nothing is a statement about the merits of a fund, a manager or a company.
Decisions about investments are yours. Take them with your own licensed adviser.
Accuracy
A program reads the filings. The filers wrote them, and filers make mistakes. The site groups company names, meeting dates and proposal wordings with rules that the methodology page gives. The rules can group wrongly.
The filing on EDGAR is the record. The site is provided as it is, with no warranty. As far as the law allows, the publisher is not liable for a loss from reliance on the site.
What the figures are not
A vote split on this site is the split among the filers of Form N-PX. It is not the result of a meeting.
Use of the content
The filings are public-domain works of the US government. You can quote a table or a figure of this site with a link to the page. Bulk copying of the pages is not allowed. You can get the same data from EDGAR.
Links and advertising
Links to EDGAR and to other sites open in a new tab. This site does not control them. An advertisement, when shown, has a label. An advertisement does not mean that this site endorses the advertiser.
